7900-1B
Silver Conductor Paint
Tuning conductor that is a rapidly drying, highly conductive silver coating. Material was specifically formulated for tuning high frequency microwave circuits. Conductive material withstands up to 50 Watts (constant wave) at frequencies up to 2.0 Ghz, and good electrical characteristics up to 10.0 Ghz under low pressure conditions. Dries to touch in 5-10 minutes.
Applications: Printed circuit board repair │ EMI shielding │ Capacitor electrodes │ General metallization of non-conductive material │ Ideally suited for long production runs in dip tank applications where mixing may be at a minimum
7900-1D
Silver Conductor Paint
Highly conductive silver paint designed for making high performance electrodes on plastic, wood, glass, and ceramic substrates. Cured film exhibits outstanding adhesion and is very scratch-resistant.
Applications: Metallization of tantalum capacitors │ Printed circuit board repair │ Electroforming │ EMI shielding │ Ideally suited for long production runs in dip tank applications where mixing may be at a minimum
7947
Silver Conductor Paint
Highly conductive silver paint designed for making high performance electrodes on plastic, wood, and ceramic substrates. With a lower silver content than that of the 7955 Silver Conductor paint, it is subsequently more cost-effective.
Applications: Metallization of tantalum capacitors │ Printed circuit board repair │ Electroforming │ EMI shielding │ SEM ground coatings
7955
Silver Conductor Paint
Highly conductive silver paint both the highest silver loading and electrical conductivity. This paint is designed for making high performance electrodes on plastic, wood, and ceramic substrates.
Applications: Metallization of tantalum capacitors │ Printed circuit board repair │ Electroforming │ EMI shielding │ Due to the extremely slow settle rate of the conductive particles - material is ideally suited for long production runs in dip tank applications where mixing is at a minimum
7955-HV
Silver Conductor Paint
Higher viscosity version of the 7955. This highly conductive silver paint is designed for making high performance electrodes on plastic, wood, and ceramic substrates.
Applications: Metallization of tantalum capacitors │ Printed circuit board repair │ Electroforming │ EMI shielding │ Due to the extremely slow settle rate of the conductive particles - material is ideally suited for long production runs in dip tank applications where mixing is at a minimum
7958
Silver Conductor Paint
Rapid drying, highly conductive silver paint designed for making high performance electrodes on plastic, wood, and ceramic substrates. Cured film exhibits excellent adhesion and good electrical properties in coatings as thin as 0.3 mils.
Applications: Printed circuit board repair │ Electroforming │ EMI/RFI shielding │ Rapid dry grounding paths for SEM specimens │ Material has been used successfully in Flexographic printing applications
